Parcel services – and thus also the couriers themselves – have become an indispensable part of our daily lives and this needs to be appreciated. Equally, scandalising the parcel delivery profession - as we can also see in politics - is just as damaging to the individual courier, whose work is being disparaged, instead of being appreciated.
