Service for Your Customers

We value personal contact when we hand over your shipment. Your customers should experience quality already when their parcels are delivered. Our carriers are personally committed to every delivery as their job is only completed when the parcel has been successfully delivered.

Reliable, fast and simple – the standard Hermes services for your customers:

  • Up to four delivery attempts (international three, Austria one)
  • Parcel left with neighbours (if the recipient is not there)
  • A notification card is left with details of the next attempted delivery or to which neighbour the parcel has been delivered.
  • Provision of a requested or alternative address
  • Direct delivery to the nearest ParcelShop
  • 10 days storage of the parcel
  • Consignment information system
  • Holiday storage up to 21 days

Hermes aims to make the shipping and receipt of your parcels as convenient as possible for your customers. So we have set up the Hermes ParcelShops located for example in bakeries, newsagents, petrol stations and laundries. Your customers will benefit from the longer opening hours.
