BorderGuru is an innovative subsidiary of the Hermes Group, headquartered in Hamburg. Since 2015 the company offers a new service for e-commerce retailers and internationally operating manufacturers, allowing them to offer and deliver their products globally. The service is implemented via a "shipping-client" which is integrated into the client's web shop. The "shipping-client" informs the customer about all costs (customs, transport, taxes) and coordinates the shipment as well as the payment process. It also manages returns.
