Member of the Executive Board, Services Otto Group; Chairman of the Board, Hermes Germany GmbH and Hermes Fulfilment GmbH
Kay Schiebur, born 1968 in Hamburg, has held the post of Otto Group Executive Board Member, Services since 1 April 2018 with responsibility for steering the Group’s national and international logistics activities.
The qualified freight manager launched his career at the international logistics service provider Schenker, holding various posts in the retail and logistics sector over the following years. He later qualified as freight logistics manager at the Hamburg Academy of Transport.
From 2002 onwards Schiebur played a major role in shaping and further developing logistics at the international convenience wholesaler Lekkerland. In 2008 he joined the Executive Board as Member for Purchasing and Logistics; As Chief Supply Chain Officer from 2013 onwards he was accountable for merchandise supply and logistics. Schiebur is a Board Member of the German Federal Logistics Association (BVL) and a Member of the GS-1 Supervisory Board.

Henning Udo Goldmann (56) took his degree in Business Mathematics with a special focus on Logistics then launched his career in 1995 at Dutch cargo-fleet operator Nedlloyd, where he worked for six years. From 2001 to 2007 Goldmann worked for Schenker as Regional IT Manager Region Central, CIO Region West, and Program Director M&A Bax Global Integration. He moved to DHL Freight in 2007 where he subsequently held a range of IT management positions.
From 2014 to 2021 Henning Udo Goldmann worked for the Maersk Group, one of the world’s largest container-shipping companies in the world and with market-leading expertise in freight logistics and transportation. As Chief Supply Chain Officer he provided key stimuli for DAMCO’s global freight-forwarding services and in January 2019 was named Global Head of Contract Logistics. Before joining Hermes, Goldmann worked as a Senior Advisor at various consulting firms including Boston Consulting Group and RA-IN Digital Consulting. In this role he was already active as an external consultant for Hermes International and accompanied the logistics service provider at the strategic level in Product Development and Portfolio Management.
Since November 2022, Henning Udo Goldmann is Managing Director of Hermes Europe. Since February 2024, he is also CEO of Otto Group Logistics GmbH (formerly known as Hermes International).

Dennis Kollmann has been Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Hermes Germany since October 1, 2024.
Dennis Kollmann has been a member of the management of Hermes Germany since December 1, 2019 and was responsible for the Sales department as Chief Sales Officer. Born in 1977, the business economist already had a long career at the German Hermes Group at the time.
After working at Agravis AG in Münster, Dennis Kollmann joined Hermes in December 2004 as a project manager for logistics control. In June 2007, he took over the management of logistics control and parcel shop management, became Head of Integration and Services in October 2011, and in December 2015 took over responsibility for all strategic customers and product management at Hermes Germany as Division Manager.

Marco Schlüter can look back on many years of professional experience in the field of logistics. Following his vocational training at Danzas GmbH, he worked his way up to become sales manager. Danzas was taken over by Deutsche Post and he subsequently worked as a key account manager at DHL Express Vertriebs GmbH, before becoming director of business development at DHL Solutions. In 2008, Marco Schlüter moved to Bauer Media Group as division manager of logistics and business development, where he built up an alternative letter service. Two years later he moved to CEVA Logistics GmbH, where as Senior Vice President Sales & Business Development he was responsible for sales, solution design, business development as well as marketing and communications.
Marco Schlüter joined the Otto Group in 2012. He began his career in the Group at Hermes Transport Logistics GmbH where he headed the international road transport division. In 2015, he switched to Hermes Germany, becoming general area manager for the Hanover region, where he and his management team managed the Hanover, Braunschweig, Bielefeld, Rheine, Bremen, Wilhelmshaven and Loxstedt locations as well as the sales area, delivery organisation and the ParcelShops in the region.
On 1 December 2018, Marco Schlüter was appointed Managing Director Operations at Hermes Germany.

The business administration graduate can look back on a long career in the Otto Group: Alexander Bortel joined the Otto Group Consulting division in 2010, where he was most recently Head of Department. As Vice President Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions, he then moved to the subsidiary Groupe 3SI (since 2017 Hermes France Holding SAS) in France and then took over as Head of Planning & Control Sheego at Schwab Versand Hanau in summer 2017. He has been working for Hermes Germany since June 2019 and was successfully responsible for Finance & Controlling as Division Manager. Alexander Bortel has now been Managing Director Services since 1 January 2024.

Kevin Kufs has been CEO of Hermes Fulfillment GmbH and Managing Director of Hermes Europe GmbH since April 1, 2021. After a banking apprenticeship and a master’s degree, he made a career at an early stage in international retail and e-commerce companies. Kevin Kufs worked for more than four years in the management of the e-commerce service provider Trade Global Asia Holding (formerly Netrada) in Hong Kong, most recently as Member of the Board and CEO for Asia Pacific. In November 2015, he moved to Singapore as CEO of 360shoes.com.
In 2017 he joined the Otto Group. As Head of Operations, he took care of Hermes Fulfillment's client business for two years. As Group Vice President Supply Chain Management, Kevin Kufs has been responsible for the transformation of the Otto Group Holding division, the coordination of the Group's logistics network and the implementation of various strategy projects since January 2019. He returned to Hermes Fulfillment GmbH as COO on January 1, 2021, before being appointed CEO on April 1, 2021.

Eva Witte was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Hermes Fulfilment GmbH as of 01 February 2021. After completing her business degree and obtaining initial professional experience, Eva started her career with the Otto Group in 2001, having occupied various positions within the Group since then. After roles in internal management consulting, she was placed in charge of controlling in the Otto Group from 2006 to the summer of this year, the past few years with overall responsibility as Group Vice President. In her position as Vice President Finance Brands & Retail of the Otto Group, she has for the past seven months been responsible for the strategic development of FGH in Great Britain.
As CFO of Hermes Fulfilment, Eva is responsible for Finance, Controlling & Services and Human Resources. She is also Managing Director of Otto Group Logistics GmbH since 1 February 2024.

Roy Smolders has been Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Hermes Fulfillment GmbH since July 1, 2021. The Dutchman has many years of experience in the development and optimization of logistics services. The industrial engineer began his professional career as a consultant in the field of ERP implementation. Positions of responsibility followed at Lekkerland and Ceva Logistics in the Netherlands, where he implemented supply chain initiatives. Since November 1, 2020, he has been Head of Supply Chain Operations & Excellence in the Otto Group's holding company. In this position he is responsible for network optimization and control as well as the coordination between the logistics service providers and trading companies of the group.

Michael Dildey has been managing director of Hermes Einrichtungs Service GmbH & Co. KG since 2004. He is responsible for all logistics and processing divisions, also for the IT department. Previously for many years he was managing director in the Sänger group, the current joint venture partner of Hermes Logistics.

Carsten Meinders has held a number of management positions since he joined Hermes in 2003. In 2010, he was appointed to the divisional manager’s post for Integration and Services at Hermes Logistik Gruppe Deutschland. Previously, the experienced logistics expert had worked for Nedlloyd, Mercedes-Benz and Danzas. Carsten Meinders was appointed CEO of Hermes Einrichtungs Service GmbH in October 2011 where he is responsible for all commercial activities as well as for marketing, sales and the client integration service.

Viviane Reichert-Brown has relevant experience in the retail distribution logistics industry and in-depth knowledge about the dynamic French market. Born in Germany, she is the CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of Hermes France Holding SAS, which is based in Lille and was founded as an integral part of the Hermes Group at the end of 2016. In this position, she is responsible for the strategic direction and development of the two former 3 Suisse International (3 SI) subsidiaries Mondial Relay and Girard Agediss which has been acquired in 2016. Since the beginning of 2017, both companies have been integrated into the holding company. On July 1, 2021, Viviane Reichert-Brown joined the management of Hermes Einrichtungs Service and is responsible for the key topics innovation, internationalization and strategic personnel development.
Most recently, Viviane Reichert-Brown worked for Palletways Europe GmbH in Zurich, Western Europe's largest network provider for palletized freight. As Group Director, she was responsible for the Service Quality and Customer Service divisions. Prior to that, she held numerous executive positions with the Dutch integrator TNT, inter alia, at the divisions Customer Service and Operations. Also she was a member of the management of the French business unit in Lyon.

Born in Holland, Martijn came to the UK in 2006 to set up TNT Post North Ltd., after which he became Operations Director of TNT Post. In 2013 Martijn moved to Hermes where he became Operations Director and after promotions into COO and Managing Director, he was appointed CEO of Hermes UK in November 2017. On March 11, 2022, Hermes UK announced that it is to rebrand as ‘Evri’ with a new logo and brand identity that will be rolled out across all its locations, vehicles and ParcelShops.

Patryk Hopenthaler has been Managing Director of Hermes Logistik Austria since 1st of March 2021. He started his career at Hermes in July 2020 as Commercial Manager. Before that, he worked for Sonepar Germany for more than 10 years, where he held various positions in several German cities. The focus there was on warehousing as well as exclusive logistics in the B2B area and the continuous expansion as well as optimization of the company. Patryk Hopenthaler was responsible for the strategic management as division manager for finance. As a certified logistics master, the strategic orientation of Hermes Austria together with the optimization of the supply chain are the top priorities for him.
