Member of the Executive Board, Services Otto Group; Chairman of the Board, Hermes Europe GmbH
Kay Schiebur, born 1968 in Hamburg, has held the post of Otto Group Executive Board Member, Services since 1 April 2018 with responsibility for steering the Group’s national and international logistics activities.
The qualified freight manager launched his career at the international logistics service provider Schenker, holding various posts in the retail and logistics sector over the following years. He later qualified as freight logistics manager at the Hamburg Academy of Transport.
From 2002 onwards Schiebur played a major role in shaping and further developing logistics at the international convenience wholesaler Lekkerland. In 2008 he joined the Executive Board as Member for Purchasing and Logistics; As Chief Supply Chain Officer from 2013 onwards he was accountable for merchandise supply and logistics. Schiebur is a Board Member of the German Federal Logistics Association (BVL) and a Member of the GS-1 Supervisory Board.

Stephan Schiller moved from his position as division manager for sales and key account management for group clients at the Otto Group to Hermes Transport Logistics GmbH in April 2010. Previously, he was managing director within the DAL Deutsche Afrika Linien/John T. Essberger group of companies. His joining HTL coincided with the launch of the sea and air division which he actively built up and developed. In September 2010 he headed the operations sea and air division where he was responsible for all sea and air freight activities. Since July 2014, Stephan Schiller has been a member of the Executive Board where he is responsible for supply chain solutions. After the merger of Hermes Transport Logistics GmbH and Hermes Logistik Gruppe Deutschland GmbH in June 2016, the company trades under the name Hermes Germany GmbH.

Business engineering graduate Olaf Schabirosky started his professional career at the Otto Group in 1994. From 1999 to 2003, he was CEO at Otto Doosan in South Korea. Following other management positions within procurement management while the Blue Yonder joint venture was being set up, Olaf Schabirosky was latterly responsible for cross-company projects within the Otto Group.
Since July 2014, he has been responsible for the newly-established resort of projects and services at Hermes Logistik Gruppe Deutschland and Hermes Transport Logistics. After the merger of Hermes Transport Logistics GmbH and Hermes Logistik Gruppe Deutschland GmbH in June 2016, the company trades under the name Hermes Germany GmbH.
Since June 2018, Olaf Schabirosky is the CEO of Hermes Germany.

A graduate in business administration, Hendrik Schneider began his professional career as commercial manager of a small Hamburg group of companies before moving to financial controlling at health insurers Techniker Krankenkasse in 1998.
Born in Hamburg, he has been working within the Otto Group since 2001. He first joined the Group as an investment controller and took over team management of Financial Controlling at Bonprix in 2005. In 2007 he joined OTTO and made a decisive contribution to the further development of profit centre controlling, which he later headed. Hendrik Schneider was appointed Managing Director of OTTO Shared Services GmbH in July 2013.
On 1 July 2018, he was appointed Managing Director of Hermes Germany GmbH with responsibility for Services and Finance and at the same time is Chief Financial Officer of Hermes Europe GmbH.

Dr Georg Rau was appointed to the Executive Board of Hermes Fulfilment GmbH in August 2014 and is responsible for human resources and IT. Since 2017 he is also appointed to strategy & business development. He studied physics in New Mexico, Erlangen and Oxford, gaining a PhD in theoretical solid-state physics. After completing his doctorate, he began his professional career at McKinsey in 1999. From 2004 to 2008 Dr Georg Rau held a variety of management positions at software developers SAP. He then moved to the logistics enterprise Deutsche Post DHL, joining the Management Board where, among other things, he was responsible for introducing the electronic letter 'E-Postbief' . During his time at DHL he introduced the SAP-based Target-IT platform into the worldwide shipping business at DHL Global Forwarding. Since 2015 he is CEO at Hermes NexTec GmbH and since the beginngin of 2017 CEO at Hermes Europe GmbH.

Kevin Kufs has been Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Hermes Fulfillment GmbH since January 1, 2021. After a bank apprenticeship, a master’s he started his career very early in international retail and e-commerce companies. Kevin Kufs spent four years in the management of the e-commerce service provider Trade Global Asia Holding (formerly Netrada) in Hong Kong, most recently as a member of the board and CEO for Asia Pacific. In November 2015, he moved to Singapore as CEO of 360shoes.com.
In 2017 he joined the Otto Group. As Head of Operations, he took care of Hermes Fulfillment's client business for two years. As Group Vice President Supply Chain Management, Kevin Kufs has been responsible for the transformation of the Otto Group Holding's management area, the coordination of the group's logistics network and the implementation of various strategy projects since January 2019. As COO, he is responsible for the HF locations, logistics consulting and planning, the operational engineering competence center and facility management.

Eva Witte has been Chief Financial Officer of Hermes Fulfillment GmbH since February 1, 2021. After completing her business studies and her first professional positions, Eva started her career in various positions within the Otto Group in 2001. After positions in internal management consultancy, she was responsible for controlling at the Otto Group from 2006 until this year’s summer, with overall responsibility for the last few years as Group Vice President. For the past seven months, as Vice President Finance Brands & Retail of the Otto Group, she was responsible for the strategic development of FGH in Great Britain.
As CFO of Hermes Fulfillment, Eva is responsible for finance, controlling & services and human resources.

Carsten Meinders has held a number of management positions since he joined Hermes in 2003. In 2010, he was appointed to the divisional manager’s post for Integration and Services at Hermes Logistik Gruppe Deutschland. Previously, the experienced logistics expert had worked for Nedlloyd, Mercedes-Benz and Danzas. Carsten Meinders was appointed CEO of Hermes Einrichtungs Service GmbH in October 2011 where he is responsible for all commercial activities as well as for marketing, sales and the client integration service.

Michael Dildey has been managing director of Hermes Einrichtungs Service GmbH & Co. KG since 2004. He is responsible for all logistics and processing divisions, also for the IT department. Previously for many years he was managing director in the Sänger group, the current joint venture partner of Hermes Logistics.

After graduating in business administration, Dieter Zillmann began his professional career at the Hermes Versand Service in 1991. At first he headed the depot at Rheine and later became area manager for Bremen and Hanover. In 2000, Dieter Zillmann came to the company's head office in Hamburg, initially taking up a position as divisional manager for the customer service field team, before being appointed as divisional manager for logistics management at Hermes Logistik Gruppe Deutschland in 2004. Since 2007 Dieter Zillmann has been responsible for the operations of Hermes Logistik GmbH & Co KG in Austria and is currently building up the European network for B2C and C2C parcel shipments.

Aleksey Shulev has more than 15 years of experience, including more than 10 years of leadership at management and senior management levels with leading international business institutions in financial services, technology and ecommerce such as such as Net1 AG, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Western Union etc. He is having a strong track record in general management, new business, strategy, innovations, operations and business development. Aleksey Shulev is holding a degree in Automation Engineering and his career emerged in IT function in various Russian and International companies. Over the time his career was developing from pure IT to Operations and Business Development, this development was supported by Executive MBA degree from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management (Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA Program).
Aleksey Shulev joined Hermes Group as CEO of Hermes NextTec Russia in 2013, responsible for full-scale ecommerce business in Russia, and then moved to Hermes Russia, as a CEO, responsible for the entire parcel shop business in Russia.
CEO Hermes France Holding SAS; Managing Director Hermes Europe GmbH
Viviane Reichert-Brown has relevant experience in the retail distribution logistics industry and in-depth knowledge about the dynamic French market. Born in Germany, she is the CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of Hermes France Holding SAS, which is based in Lille and was founded as an integral part of the Hermes Group at the end of 2016. In this position, she is responsible for the strategic direction and development of the two former 3 Suisse International (3 SI) subsidiaries Mondial Relay and Girard Agedissn which has been acquired in 2016. Since the beginning of 2017, both companies have been integrated into the holding company.
Most recently, Viviane Reichert-Brown worked for Palletways Europe GmbH in Zurich, Western Europe's largest network provider for palletized freight. As Group Director, she was responsible for the Service Quality and Customer Service divisions. Prior to that, she held numerous executive positions with the Dutch integrator TNT, inter alia, at the divisions Customer Service and Operations. Also she was a member of the management of the French business unit in Lyon.

Born in Holland, Martijn came to the UK in 2006 to set up TNT Post North Ltd., after which he became Operations Director of TNT Post. In 2013 Martijn moved to Hermes where he became Operations Director and after promotions into COO and Managing Director, he was appointed CEO of Hermes UK in November 2017.
